MMRGlobal Takes To The Airwaves Again
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I like hearing from our stockholders and others interested in the Company. One individual who writes me on occasion and regularly writes about the Company under the “handle” Threeflight, sent me the following on Monday this week:
“Bob, I want you to know I think that overall, you have done a wonderful job there at MMRF. You are probably the CEO I respect the most of any OTC CEO I know, and for sure you are in the top echelon of all CEO’s I know, including the big board CEO’s. I sincerely mean that. Same goes for you as a person. I would consider it a privilege to buy you a beer and talk about the wonderfulness that is MMRF. Best of luck.”
Although his comments are greatly appreciated I realize that Threeflight may not agree with all my decisions. However it’s hard work building a company from the ground up in this difficult economic time. Meanwhile we are fortunate to be in a space where our Personal Health Records products could become a way of life as Obamacare rolls out over the next several years.
Today we will announce that we are expanding our advertising and promotion activities not only on TV, in tonight’s Hallmark Channel Special “The Spirit of Mississippi,” telecast at 6 pm, EST, and during the Labor Day weekend we will have launched a Listener Loyalty Radio Program with Clear Channel Communications to 75% of the 18+ U.S. population, via more than 800 radio stations reaching more than 97 million listeners every week. Listeners will be directed to MMR’s website to take advantage of the Company’s end of summer Labor Day promotion of a 30-day trial offer and $25 toward a new subscriber’s next visit with their doctor (www.mmrvideos.com).
Clearly, promotions and advertising take money, which has a lot to do with the decisions management makes on a daily basis. Without access to capital a Company simply cannot grow and compete in a competitive marketplace. If you still have not signed up for your own Personal Health Record, this would be an ideal time. So visit MyMedicalRecords at www.mymedicalrecords.com and “Listen Up”, as they say, and thank you for your interest in and support of MMRGlobal.com. Happy Labor Day!

Moving Day
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Today is moving day and tomorrow will be the first day of MMRGlobal at our new location at 4401 Wilshire Blvd. 2nd Floor, Los Angeles California 90010. We will be at Associated Television Headquarters building (www.associatedtelevision.com).
ATI is the Company’s strategic media and advertising partner. Our corporate office space will increase by nearly 300% to serve you better.
Being in the ATI building will enable the company to take advantage of ATI’s international media marketing relationships and participate more actively in promoting MMR’s consumer and professional products and services on the vast array of ATI’s Television programming, such as you recently saw on The Daytime Emmy Awards broadcast live on CBS.
Our phone numbers will not change. However if you call Investor Relations before Monday please understand moving is exactly what it’s cracked up to be and it may take an extra day to get back to you.

A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, it feels an impulsion….this is the place to go now.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Today is the first day of post filing and it’s off to the races, which to me means business as usual. (If there is such a thing as usual at MMRGlobal).
Starting now visitors to the MyMedicalRecords.com site will be treated to an industry first promotion program entitled “Check-Up” which gives users to our site a $25.00 cash refund after their first Doctor visit as an MMR Member. I believe this is the first time that a product of our type has deployed traditional cash refund sales promotion strategies to market its products and services. So if you do not have an MMR account now would be a great time to set one up.
We promised a series of advertising and promotion programs. The light box concept that serves this offer up was created from the Daytime Emmy Awards program. We served a similar trial offer with great conversions and this is the next step in designing our consumer product site to be in consumers faces with reasons to buy.
Over the next month you will see offers like this featured on many of your favorite travel, health and entertainment related sites. We are also perusing a segment on Personal Health Records in the Emmy Award winning television show “The Doctors”, and looking at numerous other audience placement opportunities (although in Hollywood one never knows where opportunities come from).
A lot of information came out on the Company yesterday and if anyone has any questions I will go do my best to be available should you contact us.
This line from Illusions seemed very appropriate “A cloud does not know why it moves in just such a direction and at such a speed, it feels an impulsion….this is the place to go now”……..
Since I think MMRGlobal is clearly headed in the right direction at the right time. And clearly as more and more people find out about this Company it should be good for all involved.
I hope all of our customers, friends and shareholders will continue to join this very exciting journey with me.

Red Eye to Chicago……….
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I just finished the first round of meetings after last nights red eye to Chicago. I made it to the hotel at 6:30AM and by the time this gets posted I will be deep in the middle of presenting MMRPro to a hospital representing over 500 doctors.
Tomorrow I will depart Chicago and head off to Kodak headquarters in Rochester to begin plans for an official rebranding of a special MMRGlobal version of Kodak’s ScanStation 520 and CapturePro software being developed exclusively for use with MMRPro.
We are planning on introducing the new MMRPro system later this year where it will be featured as a new Kodak SKU. Ultimately this will make it easier for MMR to distribute its products and services through the Kodak distributor and re-seller channel. We will soon announce the first specific distribution agreement with Kodak’s larger customers and we look forward to continuing our participation with Kodak at trade shows throughout the coming year.
After a busy two days in Rochester I will spend Friday in New York with Chartis. We will continue our efforts to launch our products to Chartis affiliates such as TravelGuard within the US and Canada. These are markets that are not included in our existing worldwide agreement with Chartis. I will say that penetrating the insurance industry is like swimming into the bow of a battleship. However slow and steady, we continue to make progress while plans to brand and translate MyEsafeDepositBox are in the works as part of our existing Chartis International agreement.
Many of you are aware that I have been CEO of Lorsch Creative Network (LCN) which was one of the largest sales promotion agencies in the US. LCN created Information Access Advertising in the 80’s and represented both Airtouch, now Verizon for more than a decade, after which I founded SmarTalk, ultimately retiring to a career of philanthropy until 2005 when MyMedicalRecords was founded.
Starting in the fall and throughout 2011, I plan on leveraging that decade of agency relationships and more than 20 years of friendships to bring our consumer and patented emergency products to cellular handsets everywhere.
And if all this is not enough to keep the team at MMR busy, there continues to be exciting things happening with our biotech assets. Stay tuned…….

You are never given a wish without being given the power to make it true.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I see from newspaper reports that some 35 million Americans will be going on the road this summer. Americans traditionally do that – usually it’s for well-deserved leisure vacations. But as the CEO of MMRGlobal, a company in the midst of the largest transformation of health care in America’s history, my travels will be less leisure as I spend next week in Chicago, Rochester and New York.
The Company’s management team and I will be in Chicago for the first
on-site presentation of MMRPro to Alexian Health Systems, which could represent the first hospital endorsed introduction of MMRPro.
From Chicago, both the MMRGlobal Management team and Kodak’s management team will meet in Rochester for a full day summit, where we expect to announce a private-label version of MMRPro, (www.MMRMDVideos.com) incorporating a yet to be announced upgraded Version of Capture Pro. This is designed to insure much more involvement from the Kodak dealer and distributor sales organization.
Rich Teich and I will then move on to New York for two tracks of meetings. Rich will meet with the Chartis domestic marketing team and I will meet with Chartis executives on the plans for rolling out international after the summer break. This will be a very exciting trip because none of the Chartis domestic units are part of the Company’s existing agreement.
Then it’s back to Los Angeles where we will spend the last half of the month moving into MMRGlobal’s new corporate office which will take up a full floor in the Mid-Wilshire financial Center of Los Angeles.
At the same time, the Company will launch the new MyESafeDepositBox which can be seen at www.chartisesafe.com. Once that product gets released in August it will begin the deployment of the Chartis brand worldwide.
Yes, it will be hot in Chicago, Rochester and New York City, but not as hot as it will be in Washington, D.C., when congress returns from their annual vacation to tackle the Obama Administration’s massive restructuring of America’s health care. As MMRPro takes off and starts to run itself through the Kodak sales Force, I intend to lay the groundwork with our various advisors so that their representation in our nation’s capitol, can efficiently and quickly respond to questions returning lawmakers may have, or to provide them with additional information they may need during what promises to be a very hot election cycle.
There won’t be much time to settle in to the new offices since preliminary plans are to launch in India this fall while we begin to build out our data center in China. This is an exciting time for MMRGlobal, as government agencies; corporations large and small, physicians, medical groups and hospitals, and consumers become more focused on Electronic and Personal Health Records. You are never given a wish without being given the power to make it true. You may have to work for it, however.

Every person, all the events of your life, are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
Being CEO of MMRGlobal (or any public Company) can be one of the loneliest jobs in the world. I am forced to make decisions on a daily basis that are based on my experience and what I often refer to as my “natural knowing”.
There is a sign that follows me everywhere which says “To Be Average scares The Hell Out Of Me”, so I have the self- imposed pressure of being anything but average and caring about all the people that are somehow connected to my life.
I share the emotional highs and emotional lows of all the people in my life. That may sound unusual to some of you; however when a person cares, they share in the excitement and enthusiasm of everyday life and, in my case that includes MMRGlobal and all of you. That also includes the frustration and sometimes disappointment when things “appear” not to be going the way we all want them to.
However, there are only 2 options in life, the first to allow the frustration and disappointment to take control of our actions, or to place one foot in front of another and push forward at 110%, embracing every moment with excitement and enthusiasm and optimism.
I choose the latter. That’s why this week, like all weeks since MyMedicalRecords.com was founded nearly 5 years ago, the machine and Bob Lorsch keep churning forward.
Sales of MMRPro (www.mmrmdvideos.com) are poised to receive a tremendous boost from the clarity of Meaningful Use, announced this week. The attention to our products by physicians is greater than ever and although we are not an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) in the literal sense, we are the easiest, most user-friendly first step to deployment of an EMR in the physician’s office.
MMRPro represents the first step for any health care professional in deploying an EMR. And the MMR Stimulus program represents double (or more) the stimulus to physicians when compared to any government program offered during the first 3 years of use.
And after the first 3 years MMR’s stimulus rebates increase by an estimated 25% a year (or more) for as long as the system is deployed in a physician’s office. In fact, an average small group practice with 2.5 practicing physicians could easily receive as much as $200,000 per year in MMR stimulus after the first 5 years of use for as long as they continue to use the MMRPatientView module.
I have suggested over the last several years that having a personal health record will be as important as having a credit report. The Meaningful Use criteria means MMR can become the TRW of Personal Health Records.
We are the best and most user-friendly personal health record available on the direct to consumer market today. If you haven’t already done so, open an account today. It takes just minutes and it’s free for 30days, so find out for yourself. Go to www.mymedicalrecords.com and sign up with the registration code EMMY.
Also, to take advantage of “Back To School” and students who will need checkups, the Company will launch its first “Cash Refund” promotion later this month. “Put the Future of Your Health at Work Today with $25 Toward Your Next Check-Up or Doctor Visit”. It’s designed to encourage good health and a product trial with a usage call to action. Millions of consumers will see our Commercials online. See it for yourself at www.mmrontv.com.
When they respond, they will be offered a trial program, which includes a cash refund of $25.00 for opening a test account, and placing a medical record in their account. The program is designed to shake up the industry and get people to use the product during their trial period.
And if all that does not keep me busy this week, I continue to focus on institutional investors, platform development, M&A opportunities, the litigation with LRF (which can represent a tremendous win for shareholders when you see the billions of dollars of valuation recently added to Dendreon), the launch of Esafe, and my marriage (the latter of which is the most joyful).
And speaking of Esafe (www.myesafevideos.com), the Company will soon preview its first ESafe television campaign, featuring a series regular from “The Event”, coming September 20th, on NBC-TV.
I started out this blog with this quote from the book “Illusions”, ‘Every person, all the events of your life, are there because you have drawn them there. What you choose to do with them is up to you.’
What I choose to do with my time at MMRGlobal is continue to work on building shareholder value by positioning MMRGlobal as a worldwide provider of Health Information Technologies for Health Care Professionals and consumers.
So what can you “Choose To Do?” Try the product (if you haven’t already), tell everyone you know about this Company and what a great opportunity it can represent for managing their family’s health, and ultimately its shareholders.

What you resist you are stuck with.
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
As I talk to the MMR shareholders who call me on a daily basis, I am reminded how important all of you are and how much I appreciate all the support you have shown the Company over the past 18 months. Clearly, you believe in the Company and our team.
However, some of you spend your time commenting adversely about the Company and its management for vetted decisions that are designed to move the Company forward for the benefit of all Shareholders, management and employees, including our largest shareholder, who is The RHL Group and I.
Recently, many of these comments focused on the Dutchess transaction. I do not understand the motivation. However, the Company has responded to all shareholder calls about Dutchess by explaining the transaction and referring shareholders to Dutchess to get a feel for their incentives directly, yet there have been no calls to Dutchess that I know of. By resisting the inevitable we are stuck with what we have. By rowing in the same direction we all prosper by getting to the finish line as one.
Reading the news these days, one can come to the conclusion that the sky is falling. The employment figures still lag in what is supposed to be a recovery in the U.S. financial markets, real estate continues to spiral down and retail sales are sluggish at best.
However, despite the instability in the markets I see that MMRGlobal is in an marketplace that favors growth and is driven by regulations that mandate expansion of our industry. As always, I believe MMRGlobal is in the right place at the right time.
The digitization of critical documents, whether medical, financial, business or estate related continues to increase. In the event of a disaster such as the current oil well blowout in the Gulf, or a fire, flood or earthquake, having an Esafe with documents necessary to make a disaster claim could be the difference between an individual’s or an employer’s ability to get relief or get nothing.
MMRGlobal’s prospects are also tied to a continued drive by governments around the world to digitize medical records, including the United States, European nations and Asia, most notably China and India, to provide better healthcare at low costs. MMRGlobal is positioned to benefit from this initiative.
Despite all the opportunities in Health IT, I (like many of you) have watched the Company’s stock price suffer from Global Market activity. Since many of us are in the same boat and on the same team, why not row our paddles in the same direction.
In the U.S., the Obama Administration’s path to full medical digitization is vigorously underway. I was very encouraged by the interest in Personal Health Records shown by the response to our television commercial that ran during the Daytime Emmy Awards June 27th on CBS. The Company converted more than 20 percent of all visitors to its website to an e-mail address and more than 5 percent to paid accounts despite a 30-day free trial offered. MMRGlobal is planning on continued exploitation its commercial advertising on the Web and in direct marketing materials through its agreement with E-Mail Frequency.
If you are interested in rowing in the same direction, sign up for an MMR Account today using registration code Emmy. Send Investor Relations proof of your account and we will send you a paddle with an MMRGlobal logo so you can row upstream with us through this very exciting time.

LIVE FROM AFTER THE FLIGHT HOME AFTER THE DAYTIME EMMY AWARDS
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
I just landed back in Los Angeles. If you missed the 37th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards telecast last Sunday night it was a spectacular event. Thousands of people lined the driveway into the Las Vegas Hilton, where limos brought nominees and celebrity guests to the black tie extravaganza. Flashes from hundreds of cameras lit up the Red Carpet. Many of the celebrities were in residence at the hotel. They were escorted through an aisle-way in the hotel lobby surrounded by nearly a thousand hotel guests and hotel employees where they intersected and merged into one line with the other celebrities arriving by limo. Then they were all were escorted onto the Red Carpet for interviews and photos. The worldwide entertainment press was out in full force with dozens of television crews and hundreds of photographers. All you could see (and hear) were screaming crowds as their favorite performers arrived.
Out on the street, where it was 102 degrees in the shade, fans six deep kept up their shouts, for Ryan Seacrest, Ronn Moss, the casts of Lion King and Cirque du Soleil, Tony Orlando, Kelly Monaco, Regis Philbin and Rachel Ray (to name just a few of the biggies), who passed through the crowd while security escorted millions of dollars worth of jewelry and gowns that adorned Marie Osmond, Susan Lucci, and other beautiful and talented divas of daytime who made their way into the showroom. Erik Estrada received an especially warm welcome dressed as Highway Patrolman Ponch, as did Montel Williams, Chubby Checker and, of course, Dick Clark, whose tribute was touching and well-deserved. If you can find it on the internet I recommend you watch it.
One of the best parts of the show was during the tribute to Dick Clark and American Bandstand when Chubby Checker sang The Twist. Everyone in the house stood up and danced. I have never experienced something like that at any concert or event. As I understand it, the same happened around the world and efforts are being made to ask Guinness World Records to record a new record for the number of people twisting to Chubby Checker at the same time.
It was serendipitous for MMRGlobal to be a sponsor of the show with two Emmys going to medical programs: “The Doctors” for Best Informative Talk Show and to Dr. Oz, who got Best Talk Show Host. Clearly MMR is in the right space at the right time and in the best of company. It was a great show. I am proud that Kira and I were part of it and MMR was a sponsor. Two sensational After-Parties later I finally got Kira to get off the dance floor about 3AM. The rest stays in Vegas.

LIVE FROM MMRGLOBAL AT THE DAYTIME EMMY AWARDS AGAIN
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
It’s still hot in Las Vegas, 105 degrees predicted for today, and the excitement is building at the Las Vegas Hilton. As an Executive Producer I believe tonight will be nothing short of an extraordinary show. As a sponsor and advertiser MMRGlobal will be showcased with some extraordinary acts, which we will all see in just a few short hours. If you haven’t seen Blue Man Group, or the latest Cirque du Soleil show in person, the next time you’re in Las Vegas, check it out. The Kiwanis are ending a convention at the hotel. I understand their biggest thrill was seeing Regis Philbin in the elevators. Celebrities are moving regularly in and out of rehearsal, including The Lion King ensemble.
Everybody’s talking about what illusion David Copperfield is going to wow the audience with. It’s a tightly guarded secret, as you can imagine. Marie Osmond and Tony Orlando are expected to show up along with Garth Brooks. Yesterday was a scene when Dick Clark checked into the hotel. This is an All-Star event that will be broadcast to an estimated audience of more than 6 million.
MMRGlobal is proud to be a part of tonight’s exciting event. In order to respond to the thousands of people we project will hit our website, for additional information, we ourselves are in last minute rehearsals (under construction) of a special Emmy promotion page which you can sneak preview at www.mymedicalrecords.com.

MMR AT THE DAYTIME EMMYS AWARDS IN LAS VEGAS
Posted by MyMedicalRecords | Filed under Personal Health
It is hot in Las Vegas, 101 degrees in the shade, and hot at the Hilton, where hundreds of workers are busy preparing for a star-studded event Sunday night. It’s very exciting to be here at this moment. Costumers are running back and forth with bolts of cloth; set builders are filling the Showroom with three-story high structures; dancers and musicians are rehearsing on stage and off. You can hear the music emanating from the wings.
The hotel is packed with people who have flown in from all over the world to see the celebrities and watch the awards ceremony from the Showroom and on television sets all over the grounds. Stars of TV can be seen playing blackjack in the casinos, hosting tables in the restaurants, and generally having a great time.
MMR is in full attendance here – our commercials our cued up and ready to go; Kira is all set to cover the event from back stage and we look forward to introducing mymedicalrecords.com to an audience of more than 6 million people in just hours from now.
This Emmy weekend you would never know Las Vegas suffered during the recent recession. The crowds are milling about everywhere. There are thousands of Emmy guests at the Las Vegas Hilton. Dick Clark just arrived. Reservations at the top restaurants are hard to get, and some of the hotels are running at 97% capacity. America’s economy seems to be rebounding, and that’s a good thing for MMR.
When I look at all the people thronging the streets here, I remember that some 32 million could begin to be enrolled in the government’s healthcare program, and that virtually all will be tracked by some form of an Electronic Medical Record. We believe that MMR has the best solution for the Personal Health Record component of that EMR. .
I will continue to keep you posted from Las Vegas.
